The final word on Blues' 1-1 draw with Norwich City on Saturday....

Birmingham Mail forum member Tilton1875 came up with this jolly little ditty in mockery of the sudden decline in Villa's season.

"There was a team called Villa"
"They were two-nil up on Stoke"
"They let in 2 late goals and became a national joke"
"They thought they'd break the top four"
"They never stood a chance"
"Now their bubbles burst and we're doing a promotion dance"

"ah ha ha ha ha ha ha ha"

The feel-good factor is back in the Blues camp, hear all the reaction:

IN MY 28 years covering football for BRMB in this area, I have learned that a disunited club will fail when it comes to chasing success and glory.

From the outside it looks like Blues are at war with their manager Alex McLeish following Karren Brady's comments and David Sullivan's TV interview.

Without doubt, Karren's comments in her Sun column were inappropriate, although she did explain in yesterday's Birmingham Mail that the column had been edited and gave a different twist what she was saying.

ON the occasions I have met Karren Brady she has always struck me as a very intelligent girl with a genuine passion and understanding of football.

Which is why I am baffled by her recent comments undermining the job Alex McLeish is trying to do in returning Birmingham City to the Premier League.

As managing director at St Andrew's, Karren has the right to say whatever she wants about how the club is run and I don't begrudge her that.
